Two things in particular change constantly and should never be relied on from a website:

• Private restrictions. HOA covenants and recorded deed restrictions are specific to a subdivision or a tract and are not published here. What applies to your property is whatever is recorded against it.

Any cost information on this site is general context to help you plan, not an offer and not a price. Fence pricing depends on the property — the actual measured run, slope, access, corners, gates, and whether an existing fence has to be removed. A binding number comes only from a written quote for your specific property.
