Fencing is a considered purchase and we price it like one. Send the details below, we will come out and walk the line with you, and you get an itemised number in writing. No same-day-only pricing and no number before someone has seen the ground.

When we are reachable

The form works around the clock. Requests that arrive overnight get picked up the next working morning.

Where we work

Sherman, Denison, Van Alstyne, Howe, Whitesboro, Pottsboro, Gunter and Bells, plus the surrounding parts of Grayson County — including property outside city limits, where county rules and recorded deed restrictions apply instead of a city ordinance. Three towns sit at the extremes: Pottsboro, where land along Lake Texoma is federally owned in places and the shoreline is not the city's to rule on; Gunter, which publishes its fence rules in more detail than anywhere else we work; and Bells, which caps residential fences at six feet rather than the eight everywhere else allows.

What helps most

  • A rough linear footage, even a bad guess
  • Whether there is an existing fence to remove
  • How many gates, and whether a vehicle needs through one
  • Whether the lot slopes, and whether it is a corner lot
  • Your HOA's fence rules, if you have them to hand

Tell us about the property

Everything here helps us get closer to a real number before we visit. If you do not know something, leave it — a rough answer beats an empty form.

We use your details to price and schedule your fence, and for nothing else.

Before you sign anything

This applies whoever you end up using, not just us. Three questions worth asking any fencing contractor in this county:

  1. 1How deep are the posts going, and why that depth? If the answer references a frost line, the number came from somewhere colder than Texas. Here the depth is driven by expansive clay and wind.
  2. 2Who is filing the permit, and have you checked my HOA? These are two separate approvals with different rules, and in a covenant neighborhood the HOA is frequently the stricter of the two.
  3. 3Is the quote itemised? A single per-foot number hides the things that decide how long the fence lasts — post material, post depth, gate hardware and whether haul-off of the old fence is included.
